Early June
Throwback in TJ’s Corral

TJ’s Corral “opened” in late 2013 with one
concert and the first full season was 2014. Here’s a throwback to some of the
artists who have performed in early June over the last 5 years: past Super Bowl
halftime performer and country legend Travis
Tritt entertained on June 1, 2018; country music singer-songwriter and
guitarist Frankie Ballard took the
stage on June 2, 2016; mutli-platinum album award winner Gary Allen was in the
house on June 4, 2015; and we covered Footloose to Danger Zone when Kenny
Loggins wowed a very full house on June 9, 2017. Watch for more June
concert flashbacks next week.
New Kiosk
Our new promotional kiosk is somewhat unassuming at
first, but once you swipe your card, Good Times start happening. If there is a
promotion that day, the screen will tell you what to do or present a game to play.
Whatever you win will either be printed out or you’ll get instructions on how
to collect your prize. During the month you can easily check to see how many
virtual drawing tickets you’ve amassed. You can also see what promotions you’ve
already redeemed. Any of our staff will be glad to walk you through the process
the first time if you wish. And whatever you do, be sure to use just one finger
and not your entire hand – that just doesn’t work!
Tice Charity Weekend Update
Coach Tice was enthusiastic after last week’s brunch at the CVI regarding the Mike Tice Annual Charity Weekend "For The Kids" June 28 - 30. The Golf Tournament portion of the weekend has room for just a handful more foursomes and there are still a few different sponsorship packages available. If you are not already “in,” we hope you’ll consider helping us build a permanent Boys and Girls Club facility in Carson Valley by checking this link for all the activities, events and sponsorship packages plus an easy way to contact Coach Tice directly!
